1948 Olympics: Day 6: Resale of tickets for Games

London 2012 is not the first Olympics to be hit by ticketing scandals - in 1948 the Manchester Guardian reported that the chairman of the Olympic Organising Committee, Lord Burghley, had given the Finns permission for the resale of unused tickets.
