Graduate fashion week: what did you wear?

Kusheda Mensah, 20, student I’m here to help backstage. My outfit today is a result of not having time to get ready, so I guess it can be described as eclectic. I’m a 90s baby; I’m inspired by that era. My coat is by Barbour, top by H&M, shorts are from Urban Outfitters, shoes are Swedish Hasbeens and my bag is by Ferragamo. Photograph: Graham Turner/Guardian Corinne Costa, 58, pilates teacher My daughter is graduating from Kingston University and showcasing her designs. I am here to celebrate her success which is why I chose bright colours. Zara is my favourite shop – my trousers and top are from there, and my shoes are by a Spanish brand whose name escapes me. I’d describe my look today as colourful and casual. I’m wearing a jumper that I made, vintage jeans, a vintage bag and Nike trainers. I try and avoid too many high-street labels Photograph: Graham Turner/Guardian Oliver Moores, 21, student Today I’m helping out my University, Northumbria. I’m going for a preppy look today. I’m inspired by great tailoring. My shirt is from Next, the jacket is French Connection, jeans are by Acne and my plimsolls are from one of those cheap plimsoll shops. My hat is vintage, the shirt belongs to my friend’s brother, my cords are by Monkey Genes and my shoes are Adidas. Photograph: Graham Turner/Guardian Avanti Bidikar, 21, UCA graduate I’ve been showing my collection here. My field is menswear but I made the dress I’m wearing. My jacket and bag are vintage and the shoes are from Office. I love graphic prints and draw from a mixture of the 1950s and the 1980s. Photograph: Graham Turner/Guardian Vikki Hirst, 21, De Montfort graduate I’m here representing De Montfort as a recent graduate. I’m very inspired by the wardrobes of my mum and aunt – both of which get raided regularly. My shirt is my mum’s, top and skirt are H&M, shoes are Urban Outfitters and rucksack is vintage.
