What's in your alternative Queen's speech?

The Queen will announce the government's policy plans for the year ahead in the House of Lords tomorrow. At the same time, the Tory blogging site ConservativeHome is hosting a series of alternative policy ideas, an "Alternative Queen's Speech". It includes ideas such as a double referendum on the EU and a push for more grammar schools. Meanwhile Ed Miliband and Ed Balls have announced their own alternative Queen's speech , which includes initiatives such as energy provision reform and cheaper rail fares.
