Santander has given my details to someone else

With our recent Santander bank statement we received one page that is somebody else's. I know his full name, account number, sort code – and his purchase patterns, from which I can see that he lives locally to me. Obviously our missing page is held by someone else who can see this information about us, including our pension references and my National Insurance number. This is outrageous. JR, Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset Santander's printers sent out 22,500 wrong current account statements dated 18 December, blaming a technical error. This is a massive mistake. Santander has written to the customers involved, confident that it hasn't increased the risk of fraud. It has sent you £100 to apologise.
