Honduras journalist murdered

Nery Orellana, 26, the director of the Honduran station Radio Joconguera, has been shot to death He is the fourth journalist killed in Honduras this year. Orellana was a member of the National Popular Resistance Front, a movement created by supporters of ousted president Manuel Zelaya. The motive for his murder is unclear, but there is a strong possibility that it was linked to his journalistic activities. Radio Joconguera denounced violations of human rights.
