Rugby World Cup 2011: Who should be the IRB's player of the year?
Although France have more problems ahead of the Rugby World Cup final, they are the only northern hemisphere side to have a player nominated – their captain Thierry Dusautoir – for the International Rugby Board's player of the year . Their opponents in the final New Zealand have three nominations, Piri Weepu, Jerome Kaino and Ma'a Nonu. The other two nominees are Australia's David Pocock and Will Genia, who will both play against Wales in the play-off for third place on Friday. Pocock has been nominated for the second year in a row, having missed out to New Zealand's captain, Richie McCaw, in 2010. Who do you think should win? Have your say in the comments below.
