Premier League preview: Blackpool v West Ham United
How Charlie Adam performs following his disappointment at seeing moves to Liverpool and Spurs thwarted by Ian Holloway's reluctance to sell will be interesting viewing. Blackpool's captain has insisted he will endeavour to ensure the club finishes as high as possible and as the team have not won in the league since Liverpool were toppled 2-1 early last month a victory against Avram Grant's season-long strugglers is required. While Holloway landed five fresh players in the January window West Ham closed business with four new personnel including Robbie Keane on loan, who finally made the move across London from Spurs. "West Ham are bottom, all we can do is push up the table and I am here to hopefully do that to avoid relegation," the Irishman says. His new team have not recorded a league win since Wolves were beaten on new year's day so need to rectify this very quickly. Likely line-ups Blackpool (4-4-2): Kingson; Baptiste, Eardley, Cathcart, Evatt; Adam, Vaughan, Varney, Taylor-Fletcher; Campbell, Grandin West Ham United (4-4-2): Green; Faubert, Upson, Tomkins, Bridge; Sears, Parker, Noble, Hines; Cole, Piquionne
