Grinderman – Grinderman 2 RMX: exclusive album stream

Nick Cave recently announced that Grinderman – the band he formed with three of his old Bad Seed colleagues – were knocking it on the head for at least a decade. "It's over …" he told the crowd at the end of a festival appearance in Australia . "See you all in another 10 years when we'll be even older and uglier." But there's succour for fans in the shape of Grinderman 2 RMX – a collection of 12 remixes, reinterpretations and collaborations based on the band's critically celebrated 2010 album Grinderman 2 . Robert Fripp, Josh Homme, Unkle, the National's Matt Berninger, Andy Weatherall, Barry Adamson and Cat's Eyes are all among those to have had a crack at reimagining the record. One entirely new track is a previously unreleased remix of Bellringer Blues by Yeah Yeah Yeahs guitarist Nick Zinner (about which Grinderman enthuse: "It shits all over the original!").
