Too much information? Cameron talks frankly about his love life

David Cameron has revealed that he and his wife Samantha look forward to a weekly "date night" spent alone at home together or at one of a number of undisclosed restaurants as a means of keeping the romance in their relationship fresh. "We have one night a week where we either stay in and do nothing or go out on our own," the prime minister told Now Magazine. "We have a couple of favourite Italian restaurants in north Kensington but I can't tell you about them." He added that he can also recall both their 1996 wedding and the first night of their honeymoon "minute by minute". The couple also try to do something special for Valentine's Day, even though 14 February so falls on the birthday of their son Elwen. "My wife and I always try to do something but occasionally we haven't booked a restaurant early enough."
