Not even being behind bars can stop the bestselling hip-hop artist of the past decade. He's currently incarcerated on Rikers Island for possession of a weapon, but his second album this year (after February's rockier Rebirth ) is a return to classic Weezy, guitars only really featuring on the title track. Guests include Nicki Minaj, Lil Twist and T-Streets plus his protege Drake – who features on the single "Right Above It", spacey opener "Gonorrhea" and dreamier "With You". He is so prolific he sometimes spreads himself a lil' thinly. Not here.
