Offer now expired: Save up to 50% on tickets to see Greenland at the National Theatre
In an effort to understand what is acknowledged as a subject of great complexity, the National Theatre asked four of the most distinct and exciting playwrights in British theatre to collaborate on a new piece of documentary theatre about climate change. This team spent six months interviewing key figures from the worlds of science, politics, business and philosophy to try to understand our changing relationship with the planet. The result is Greenland , a thrilling and provocative piece of theatre exploring big questions around climate change. This fast-paced and exhilarating new play draws together several separate but connected stories, which range from a protesting teenager, a man observing wildlife in the Arctic circle to an MP's assistant negotiating her way through the Copenhagen conference. Greenlands runs at the National Theatre until Saturday 2 April. Extra members can get best available seats for £15 (saving up to £15) tickets to see the play. The offer is valid for performances between 3 February and 10 March 2011.
