Bernard Sumner ventures with New Order to the Troxy for their first London show in five years (10 Dec) … Their influence can be heard in the electro-rock of Manchester outfit the Whip (24-29 Feb, begins Riverside, Newcastle upon Tyne), who tour latest album Wired Together … Anthony Kiedis will be back, stripping down with Flea when the Red Hot Chili Peppers play two big nights (Knebworth Park, Hertfordshire, 23 Jun; Stadium Of Light, Sunderland, 24 Jun) … Music, art and food come together when the folks behind Oxford's first pop-up restaurant Oxfork And Beard Museum Present Three Nights At The Rotunda (at Grove House, Iffley Turn) present local acts Young Knives (7 Dec), singer-songwriter Richard Walters (8 Dec) and Gaz Coombes going solo (9 Dec), plus, for the hungry and adventurous, a pre-performance Meal & Rickshaw Ride … Finally, overexcited indie kids can now get disounted early bird tickets for next year's Camden Crawl (4-6 May, various venues, NW1).
