Hornby customer service was first class

About six years ago, I bought an OO gauge model steam locomotive from Hornby. A few weeks ago, for no obvious reason, it stopped running. I sent it to Hornby in Margate, and received it back this week, repaired and functioning. I fully expected to pay for the repair but there was no charge.
