But after Worcester's win over Gloucester, Hill said: "Dean was the person who recommended me to Cecil for this job, so I'm eternally grateful to him for that. I'm good friends with him." There is speculation that Worcester will offer Richards a role as director of rugby when his three-year ban over Bloodgate expires this summer. "Dean would be an excellent asset to any team," said Hill. "I'm totally relaxed about it." Henson a Wales doubt Gavin Henson's hopes of playing in his first Six Nations Championship for three years are hanging in the balance because of injury. The Cardiff Blues back was an 11th-hour withdrawal from the team who lost to Leinster because of a minor calf strain.
