England to play Scotland at Wembley in August 2013
England will play Scotland at Wembley in August next year as part of the FA's 150th anniversary celebrations and Roy Hodgson's team will also play Italy this August. England versus Scotland is international football's oldest rivalry and the countries last played each other in 1999, at Wembley, in the second leg of a playoff for the 2000 European Championship. England lost the game 1-0 but qualified for the finals 2-1 on aggregate. The match will take place on 14 August 2013. England will play Italy in Bern on 15 August 2012 and the game will be England's first after Euro 2012. England last played the Azzurri in 2002, losing 2-1 at Elland Road.
