Slim-fitting jeans made in America from 13.75 oz. selvedge denim that is shuttle-woven in Japan. Cotton yarns are ring-spun and rope-dyed to achieve Double RL's deepest indigo shade with an authentic red-blue cast. Right-hand twill is custom-developed to create a "grin-through" effect in which the lighter-hued weft yarns are visible on the face of the cloth. Rinsed and specially treated for a soft, sun-dried effect. Sanforized to minimise shrinkage.
